DPA Available on Request
For now, Nightlamp handles data processing terms through a request flow so customer-specific requirements can be reviewed before signature.
VectraSEO LLC (operator of Nightlamp) does not publish a generic signature-ready DPA because customer requirements and legal obligations differ across plans and jurisdictions. To request a Data Processing Addendum, email hi@nightlamp.app with your organization name, billing contact, deadline, and any procurement or security portal link. We will review the request and provide the appropriate terms, current sub-processor list, transfer safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses), and security materials before signature.
1. Requesting a DPA
Customers can request a Data Processing Addendum by emailing hi@nightlamp.app. Include your organization name, billing contact, requested deadline, and any procurement or security portal link.
We will review the request and provide the appropriate data processing terms for the account and plan. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, VectraSEO LLC acts as processor and the customer as controller for the application data we monitor.
2. What the DPA covers
A DPA generally defines customer and provider roles, processing instructions, confidentiality, sub-processors, security measures, international transfer terms where applicable (including Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum), audit support, incident notification, and deletion or return of data.
Nightlamp does not publish a generic signature-ready DPA on this page because customer requirements and legal obligations may differ.
3. Sub-processors
Current sub-processors include AWS (hosting and infrastructure, US regions), Amazon SES (email delivery), GitHub (source control and deployment workflows), Stripe (payments), and AgentDraft (email-flow round-trip checks). This list mirrors the privacy notice and security page; the authoritative, account-specific list is provided during the DPA process.
